Spring in to Asparagus

Asparagus is a staple in my home but in the spring it's even more delightful! We love the thick stalks as they have more flavor IMHO. Our Umbria Olive Oil Dipping Spice is the perfect accompaniment or you can do what we did and make an easy sauce. It's somewhat like aioli - which I cannot make to save my life - and I can make most things. So for a quick take on this classic stir together 1/4 cup of mayo, 1.5 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1.5 teaspoons of Umbria Dip stir until all ingredients are mixed. Steam or parboil your asparagus so they're still a bit crispy. You can drizzle the sauce on the asparagus or just set it out for your guests to dip the stalks into. The most wonder
